* Rename ConvertToJobContainer to ConvertToContainer
It converts serviceContainers too

* Remove unused parameter
AllowExpressions was always false

* Allow service in yaml with empty string for value

* Don't attempt to start services without an image

* Improve error messages

* Revert "Remove unused parameter"
